Adding to cart/ Making offers
“Purchases/making offers” must be submitted via our website only. Pegasus Auctions AB is not to be held responsible for any errors that may occur using this service. Pegasus Auctions AB will also make decisions in all cases of doubt regarding the client.
All “Add to cart” or “Make Offer” or considered voluntarily, any person acting on his own or on behalf of a third party shall be liable in surety for completion of the sale.
Pegasus Auctions AB is entitled to refuse to accept orders if, when requested, adequate security or adequate payment on account has not been rendered.
Invoicing & Payment
All fixed priced products include a buyer’s premium of 10% and which includes VAT of the premium, all details are specified on the commercial invoice (only available in electronic format).
For foreign companies, specific VAT-exemption rules apply (cf. Article 3), EU companies must register their VAT number which must be valid to benefit from VAT-exemption. VAT-exemption does not apply to private buyers who are considered as Swedish buyers.
Foreign companies and customers from outside the EU are not paying VAT on shipping.
All prices are informative prices in EURO, final checkout is in Swedish Kronor (SEK), the exchange rate is fixed and changed on a regular base if required so, depending on the actual exchange rate, the website will always show the price in SEK (Swedish Kronor) that’s the client is going to pay on the final checkout, the only possible way to pay the invoice amount in EURO is to transfer EURO to our EURO bank account by wire transfer.
Payments must be received within 10 days from the date of purchase, in case of unpaid invoices the client will be will be blocked & banned from using this website.
Payments can be done with PayPal, Bank Transfer or Cash in person (Please contact us if you wish to pay in Cash).
Clients who pay with PayPal can only receive their items to the registered PayPal address, no exeptions.
Returns
Online purchases of items by private individuals are subject to Swedish consumer law, which extends 14 days of money-back guarantee on distance sale, this does not apply for certified and slabbed coins by NGC/PCGS. The purchaser is liable for any costs related to the transport and the return of the item(s).
Should a purchaser seek to avail himself or herself of the money-back guarantee, Pegasus Auctions AB will refund the payment on receiving the returned items. Please note that the date on which accounts are debited is subject to the policy of the purchaser’s bank/credit card company, PayPal etc.
Swedish and Foreign companies are not subject to Swedish consumer law, as they are considered professionals.
